The pendant lamp is made from a combination of wood veneer and brass foil. The shape is a rhombic dodecahedron one of the group of five shapes known as the Platonic Solids. It creates variety of lighting effects, diffusing light through the shade and reflecting light from brass inner surfaces onto the ceiling.

Because each lamp is made out of different veneers no two are exactly alike.
